Position Summary:
This position involves day-to-day responsibilities that require independent judgment and discretion, contributing to the department’s ongoing success.
Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

- Assist accounting areas related to cash receipt application of direct bill and Allstate HO
- Responsible for managing the process of recording cash received into the GL and EPIC systems
- Process and monitor daily deposits for all locations, including:
- Accurate and timely cash application of direct bill policies in EPIC
- Accurate and timely cash application of Allstate HO checks in EPIC
- Process via the bank-provided electronic payment terminals (deposit scanner)

- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented with special attention to accuracy, timeliness and adherence to monthly schedules
- Ability to recognize problems and correct process issues
- Ability to work independently and handle large volume of transactions that are consistently flowing in
Education and Work Experience:
- Direct experience with Cash Applications
- Insurance industry experience

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 – $70,000 annually, plus benefits, and can vary based on location.
