Woodbury, NY, October 21, 2015 — David and Mona Sterling to be honored by American Friends of Rambam (AFORAM), at “An Evening of Miracles”, on Thursday, Nov. 10th at the Marriot Marquis.
The Sterlings have supported the work of the Rambam Health Care Campus for many years, and David has served as treasurer of AFORAM since 2006. He has also provided human resources assistance for the organization. In addition to this role, the couple has been instrumental in widening the network of supporters for the hospital.
“The Sterlings represent the best of our American supporters who work tirelessly to help us fulfill our mission of providing world class medicine to all the citizens of Northern Israel,” said Rambam Health Care Campus Director General Prof. Rafi Beyar, MD. “Through the help of our American friends, Rambam this year alone opened a new children’s hospital and oncology building. We are now focused on completing a research tower that will further distinguish us as a leading center for medical innovation throughout the world.”
David Sterling is chairman and chief executive officer of SterlingRisk Insurance. Mona Sterling devotes herself to many humanitarian organizations, including the Women’s International Zionist Organization and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.

Through their support, hard work and financial assistance, they are furthering the health and wellness of all the residents of Northern Israel.
