Woodbury, NY, April 15, 2022 — The SterlingRisk Producer Excellence Awards were recently held at Bijou Restaurant in Melville, NY, paying tribute to four outstanding members of the SterlingRisk team: Robert Larocca, Jonathan Friedman, Brad Dubler, and Thomas Clementi. SterlingRisk CEO David Sterling presented each producer with an award, offering congratulations and thanking the recipients for their exceptional contributions to SterlingRisk.
Robert Larocca – Highest Retention of Accounts
Rob was honored for highest retention of accounts by an active producer. A dynamic Executive Vice President with long-standing relationships on both the carrier and brokerage side of the insurance industry, Rob began his career at SterlingRisk in 1999. His responsibilities extend to strategic insurance carrier relations, client management, and new business development. Rob is also a tireless supporter of many local and national charitable organizations.
Jonathan G. Friedman – Highest Growth in Dollars
Jonathan was recognized for highest growth in dollars and percentage during the most challenging period in SterlingRisk history. A Vice President at SterlingRisk, Jonathan offers a strong background in client relations and oversees a large portfolio of clients and contacts across multiple industries with a specialization in Real Estate and development. He joined SterlingRisk in 2006, beginning in Employee Benefits Administration and moving on to Programs Administrator before assuming his current position in 2009.
Brad Dubler, CPCU, AAI – Highest Overall Production
An Executive Vice President at SterlingRisk with more than 25 years of insurance knowledge and experience, Brad was honored for the highest overall production since 2017. Known for his hands-on approach to complex risk management issues, Brad joined SterlingRisk in 2003 and has built a national and international concentration in such complex exposure areas as real estate & development, construction, manufacturing, professional liability, not for profit, and environmental.
Thomas Clementi – Lifetime Achievement
Tom received the lifetime achievement award in recognition of his contribution to the growth of SterlingRisk over the past 34 years through his innovative sales solutions and unwavering commitment to client service. Referred to as a “beacon of inspiration to us all” by SterlingRisk CEO David Sterling, Tom is well versed in large account risk management strategies, focusing on addressing and reducing risk and its associated costs by working to protect property and income from exposure to loss.
