Woodbury, NY, January 12, 2026 — SterlingRisk, one of the nation’s leading independent insurance brokerages, announced that Zachary Diamond has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Diamond will lead SterlingRisk’s enterprise marketing strategy, brand development, and growth initiatives across all business segments, supporting the firm’s continued expansion and long-term strategic objectives.

Diamond will work closely with SterlingRisk’s underwriting, production, sales, and corporate development teams to strengthen the firm’s market position, refine its go-to-market approach, and ensure alignment across the organization. He will also oversee new business development initiatives and collaborate with firm leadership.
With more than a decade of experience in insurance brokerage, risk management consulting, and business development, Diamond joins SterlingRisk after serving as Director of Business Development at a Boston-based risk management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he held senior advisory and leadership roles at global insurance brokerage and consulting organizations serving a broad range of commercial and institutional clients.

Diamond holds a degree in Economics from the University of Miami and is actively engaged in the insurance and risk management community.
