Woodbury, NY, February 12, 2020 — Long Island Business News recently hosted its annual “40 Under 40” ceremony honoring outstanding members of the Long Island business community who are age 40 or younger. Among the honorees at this year’s event was SterlingRisk Chief Information Officer Scott Chirls, who began his career at the Woodbury, NY, insurance brokerage 17 years ago.
“I started as an intern and moved on to System Analyst before being named Chief Information Officer,” Chirls observed. “I’ve always been driven to improve systems and reporting through technology. At SterlingRisk, I’ve found an organization that allows my passion to thrive.”
Chirls’ contributions extend to outfitting SterlingRisk with technology that keeps the brokerage on the leading edge of client service and deliverables.
