Woodbury, NY, August 01, 2014 — SterlingRisk, a leading national insurance brokerage, announced that Marc Kravitz has joined the organization as Senior Vice President. Mr. Kravitz will be focused on developing new business across multiple industries, including manufacturing, finance, real estate and pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Kravitz joins SterlingRisk with over 11 years of expertise in insurance along with eight years of experience in the banking industry. He most recently worked for Arthur J. Gallagher (Gallagher) in the role of Executive Vice President. Mr. Kravitz identified and developed business opportunities for global Fortune 500 corporations and public entities, delivering commercial insurance, transactional insurance such as representations and warranties/tax ambiguity, reinsurance, risk management, financial and human resource consulting and actuarial services to these entities. Prior to his role at Gallagher, he worked at the Willis Group and was recognized as one of its top 50 producers, seven years in a row. His experience in the banking industry included roles at Actrade Capital and Prime International trading.
