Cigna Dental Program.

The Cigna Dental Program is only available to ASCAP members.

The Cigna program is a dental in-network only plan. You must select a primary care dentist (PCD) that will coordinate all of your dental care. Any specialist services require a PCD’s referral. Feel free to examine the network at cigna.com.

Premiums are paid semi-annually; April 1st – September 30th and October 1st – March 31st. As a new member, the next available effective date of coverage is the 1st of the month following acceptance of your premium payment. If you miss this initial period of enrollment, you will have an opportunity to enroll annually thereafter, prior to each renewal (3/1-3/31) and your coverage will become active effective April 1st.

For the April 1, 2026, thru March 31, 2027, plan year, semi-annual premiums are as follows: (premiums are always scheduled to increase each year, effective April 1st)

Member Only: $245.94 ($40.99 PER MONTH)
Member + 1 Dependent: $471.30 ($78.55 PER MONTH)
Member + 2 or More Dependents: $677.28 ($112.88 PER MONTH)
